For tips, story ideas, factual corrections, or pitches for contributed articles, email editorial@spoortbook.example. Include a brief description of your query in the subject line so we can route it to the right editor. We try to respond to corrections within 48 hours. For pitches and tips, allow 2 to 3 business days — we read every submission but cannot guarantee a response to every pitch. If you are reporting a significant factual error, please include the article URL, the specific claim you believe is incorrect, and a source we can check.
Partnerships
Commercial enquiries — including affiliate programme proposals, content partnerships, data integrations, and sponsorship discussions — should be directed to partnerships@spoortbook.example. Please include enough context for us to understand your proposal: your company name, what you are offering or requesting, and any relevant performance metrics or audience details. We review partnership enquiries on a rolling basis and aim to respond within 5 business days. Note that commercial partnerships do not influence editorial rankings or content — see the Affiliate Disclosure page for details.
Press and media
Journalists, researchers, and event organisers can reach us at press@spoortbook.example. We are available for expert commentary on sports-betting markets, regulatory developments, and industry trends. If you are working to a deadline, please say so clearly in your message and we will prioritise accordingly. For event invitations, send details of the event, the format, and what you are looking for from SpoortBook at least two weeks in advance where possible.
Privacy and data requests
For all privacy-related enquiries — including requests to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to withdraw consent for any processing — email privacy@spoortbook.example. Under applicable data protection law we have 30 days to respond to a formal data-subject rights request, though we aim to respond faster for straightforward queries. Please include your account email address (if applicable) and a brief description of your request so we can verify your identity and act on it efficiently.
Site issues and bugs
If you encounter a broken link, a layout problem, incorrect data, an accessibility barrier, or any other technical issue with the site, please email support@spoortbook.example. To help us investigate quickly, include the URL of the affected page, a brief description of what you expected to see versus what happened, and your browser name and version plus your device type (for example, "Chrome 124 on Android 14" or "Safari on iPhone 15"). Screenshots or screen recordings are helpful if the issue is visual.
